Leslie Emerick began her career in politics as a Planning Commissioner in East Wenatchee in 1996 and then as a Douglas County Commissioner from 1997-2000.  As a commissioner, Leslie was on the board of many organizations, such as the Chelan-Douglas Health District, Link Transit, Regional Service Network, Area Agency on Aging and more! She worked on land use, transportation and growth management issues, as well as provided oversight for county government budgeting and operations.

 

She has excellent working relationships with legislators, committee and caucus staff, the Governor's Office, state agencies and stakeholder groups to further the goals of her clients. Currently Leslie represents seven health care related associations:
